Position: Crewing Assistant

Industry: Maritime (Offshore)

Location: West

Salary Range: Up to S$3,000

Responsibilities:

• Be involve in sourcing for new seafarers, and interview arrangement with senior officers with department heads
• Responsible for liaising with seafarers for documents and other matters (e.g checking of certificates, medical check up as per charterer requirement)
• Updating of seafarers information, documents & certificate expiry
• Updating of crew planning/rotation list and crew list
• Responsible to ensure proper manner of crew change and in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Ensuring of crew appraisal is conducted, signed, and filed
• Liaising with crew and port agent for crew related matters (e.g joiners/repatriation, booking of flight/visa matters)
• Doing extension of crews entry pass and ship landing pass with Singapore Immigration Authority
• Outward port clearance and immigration clearance declaration
• Updating crew article, including sign on/off MPA Marinet
• Updating of crew management system
• Other ad-hoc duties when necessary

Requirements:

• Min GCE O Levels or with marine related trade certifications
• Have keen interest working in offshore / marine industry
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Able to OT when required
