Office Administrator (5 days, Bukit Merah)
Job Description:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Performance bonus

Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Director and team as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company processes and procedures.
- Manage filing system, phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support in HR, bookkeeping and invoicing.
- Perform and maintain office & project records and databases.
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary, and other general administrative duties/tasks.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Secretarial or equivalent qualifications
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience in a consultancy firm preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Experience in consultancy or similar will be an advantage
