Office Administrator (5 days, Bukit Merah)

 Job Description:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Performance bonus

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Director and team as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company processes and procedures.
  • Manage filing system, phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support in HR, bookkeeping and invoicing.
  • Perform and maintain office & project records and databases.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary, and other general administrative duties/tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Secretarial or equivalent qualifications
  • Min 2 years of relevant working experience in a consultancy firm preferred
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Experience in consultancy or similar will be an advantage
