Responsibilities:

This role oversee the Sales & Marketing Department and analyse, evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and increase market share & revenue. Understand competitors activities and manage the budget to evaluate marketing performance. Design and handle strategic initiative to achieve corporate goal. Identify new channel, products for local and oversea market. Lead business development and establish A&P, sales target to ensure corporate objectives are met.

Requirement

• Master / Degree in Business, Sales and any relevant discipline
• Min 10 to 15 years distribution, FMCG and business development experience for export and oversea market
• Posses excellent communication skill with strong business acumen and strategic planning
