Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for managing communication & resolving customer complaint and provide after sales support.

· Product quality complaints will be provided to the rest of the organization to aid in driving improvement.

· Conduct technically valid field investigations, communicate results effectively to manufacturing sites, value stream, management and coordinate follow-up.

· Identify and conduct technical analysis and methods which are appropriate for the assignment.

· Provide the proper reporting documentation and provide presentation material for tracking, discussion and review

· Provide technical training to field sales staff and customers

· Participate in design and creation of training materials that increase brand awareness

· Organize and control of engineering information, control of test tires and engineering equipment, acquisition of outside engineering services and supplies, preparation of product samples, and composition of engineering analysis

· Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the stages of the complaint process

· Co-ordinating for Quality Management System (QMS) in term of tyre standard application

Job Requirement:

· Min Diploma or above in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering

· 1-2 years technical support working experience is an added advantage

· Strong analytical skill and problem-solving ability

· Proficient in MS office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Self-motivated, independent, possess good interpersonal skill and require minimal supervisions

· Regional and domestic travel upon business needs
