Responsibilities:

• Handle annual sales plan and sales target.
• Work closely with customers on planning their materials needs (i.e. to source and requisite food packaging materials for their manufacturing use).
• Work closely with suppliers and coordinate on behalf of customers on meeting products' specifications and delivery schedule.
• Handle and follow up feedback and claims from customers.
• Work closely with sales admin and logistics support team on shipment coordination and arrangement in order to meet delivery timeline.
• Prepare sales/marketing reports for the management review.
• Monitor and ensure timely payment from customers.
• Monitor and ensure suppliers service and quality are always at optimal level.
• Introduce and present new products and packaging solutions to customers.
• Negotiate with suppliers and principals on pricing and better trading terms.
• Source for new products, solutions and suppliers for business expansion and cost effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or related studies
• At least 2 to 3 years relevant working experience in handing Trading business.
• Experience in Packaging materials for food
