Office Manager (Bangkok)

 Job Description:

  • Salary Range : Up to THB75,000 Per month



Responsibilities:

  • Managing office matters such as developing and implementing procedures, policies, and office administration systems.
  • Handling and coordinating business travel and hotel arrangements, managing calendars, liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as banks, finance/hr/sales teams, vendors with regards to office matters, organizing company events and any ad hoc related duties.
  • HR support (assist with payroll processing & other administration duties)
  • Handle office insurance coverage related matters.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative and assist in HR operations of the Thailand office.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Regular updates to MD on the status of issues.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelors degree in business administration/Human resource or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years experience who does HR, Admin and Payroll
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Great customer service attitude, Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local employment law and HR will be an advantage.
