Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sale department
• Co-ordinate between customers and transporters, warehouse etc
• Preparation of documents for Import / Export/Transhipments/D/O release
• Verifying for all costs
• Attend to enquiry on rates, shipment tracking, etc
• Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O with relevant experience in handling shipping documents for eg. Import / Export/ Transshipments/ D/O release etc.
• Good understanding of shipping Incoterms 2010
• Proficient in MS Office
• Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment
