Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for bids and annual contract renewal.
• Prepare sales contract for new orders.
• Enter orders in ERP system upon receipt of Purchase Orders.
• Collaborating with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate & follow up on delivery dates with Country Managers, Product Managers and
• Production department to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare Order Acknowledgement for customers.
• Managing and optimising inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.
• Coordinating transportation, including routes, schedules and carriers.
• Prepare shipping document, invoices and L/C negotiation document.
• Follow up on overdue payment with customers.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Analysing data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Weekly / Monthly sales & orders reporting.
• Other adhoc admin task

Job Requirement

• 2 - 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• Meticulous and has an eye for detail
• Excellence communication skills in both verbal & written
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• ITE Certification / Diploma
