Customer Service Representative Flexi

  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Contact Centre Experience
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to Multitask / Willing to handle multiple service calls
  • Ability to handle difficult customers
  • Ability to draft professional email respond back to customers
  • Have experience dealing with email correspondence thus requiring little to no supervision in vetting through the composed email
  • Familiar with excel (lookup, pivot table, graph) to generate reports
  • 5.5 days (44 hours per week)
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri (2 shifts): 8.30am to 8.30pm (830am to 530pm) & (1130pm to 830pm) Sat: 830am to 1pm
  • Kaki Bukit office
