  • Oversea the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement best practices and standards for Salesforce deployments, conducting regular quality reviews.
  • Efficiently manage and allocate resources, optimizing team performance and project schedules.
  • Develop and manage P&L statements for Salesforce projects, monitoring budgets and controlling costs.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to align project goals with business needs and provide regular updates.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Salesforce deployment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles and P&L management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
