Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, conducting competitor research, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional media.
  • Ensure brand consistency and enhance brand awareness through effective branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and improve product positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales, applications, and product teams to create compelling and engaging content that aligns with the brand's messaging and resonates with the target audience.
  • Work on lead generation efforts to acquire new customers or clients and optimize conversion funnels to maximize customer acquisition.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using various tools and metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and applications to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company objectives.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotions to drive brand awareness and engage with customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data, segmentation, and lead nurturing processes.
  • Coordinate and manage PR activities, including press releases, media relations, and crisis communication, to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, present findings to stakeholders, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Fluent written & oral communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in social media marketing and content strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms and data analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Proactive and creative/strategic thinker.
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to handle stress and tight timeline submission.
  • Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva are a plus.
