Responsibilities

• Provide necessary management support to Senior Leadership
• Manage and engage key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment and commitment
• Gain access to Brand center and be focal point for Branding related initiatives
• Work to standardize and help local process, administration and offerings to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Liaise with Regional/Global Marketing and Communication team and drive initiatives locally
• Management of business schedules
• Coordination for Regional/Global Business meetings
• Build strong relationship with the regional Management Team
• Act as focal point for Global/Regional Communication organization
• Organize/Cascade important business/Company critical information across the regional organization
• Champion local/regional Branding initiates in consultation with Marketing and Business Leaders
• Local Vendor liaising and contract initiation and coordination with NPR organization
• Streamlining of NPR related Common Office supplies
• To be discussed in consultation with your Manager on your joining (this could include access to SAP, Concur, Ariba, Success Factors and other systems)
• As may be deemed necessary by the reporting Manager from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Accuracy of Data and Documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand and effectively manage and influence complex situations.
• Able to work in a matrix environment, building effective relationships.
