Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Conduct basic copywriting and create visually compelling content for digital and print marketing materials, including POSMs, social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and advertisements.
• Design and produce marketing collateral, such as product packaging, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights.
• Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and design

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing with strong design skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Hardworking and responsible.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
