Responsibilities

• Process and acknowledge customers PO
• Handle delivery (release PL, coordinating with customers, internal WH and internal logistics team for packing and delivery).
• Handle OOR (open order report), Pace Billing
• Handle Siebel claim (raise ATR, arrange collection for customer return & input
• the claim notes / information for finance to process CN)
• Any ad hoc to support business needs.

Requirements

• Min Diploma /Degree qualification
• Preferable with a year of customer services experience.
• No experience are welcome
• Positive and strong team player.
• Good in using Microsoft and Excel.
