Job Responsibility

• Monitor and ensure compliance of finance and accounting operations and taxation in accordance with accounting standards and tax laws.
• Maintain proper financial controls and documentation for audit trail.
• Coordinate the performance of internal audit and Enterprise Risk Management through an outsourced service provider.
• Prepare annual budget and compare to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate.
• Provide insightful information to management team to aid in long-term and short-term commercial decision making.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management, board and audit committee meetings.
• Advise HQ finance regarding to local laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA/ACCA) is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of experiences in Accounts/ Finance is preferred
• Leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; great team player
• High degree of personal initiative, flexibility and ability to work well under deadlines and without supervision
• Fluent Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal to liaise with Headquarters in China

Our client need someone independent, confident, proactive from F&B industry to liaise with China HQ to propose and implement solutions. Challenging part is in understanding of Taxation issues in Singapore. They can consider Senior Executive if have these attributes.
