Senior HR Admin Executive (regional)
Job Description:
Principal Role:
The Senior Regional HR & Admin Executive is responsible for full scope of local Singapore HR activities, operations administrative and Supporting the Regional HR Manager (SEA) on all strategic HR activities, operational tasks and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Local Singapore HR & Administrative Operations
Handle all local Singapore daily HR operational and administrative matters.
- Overseeing a full scope of HR activities, including on-boarding/off-boarding, compensation & benefits, organization effectiveness and people development, performance management system, recruitment, and employee relations
- Work with management team and line managers to execute company direction with HR activities and programs
- Working closely with management to improve HR policies, employee relations, engagement, retention and performance
- Handling organization structures, probation monitoring duties and evaluations
- Preparing reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters
- Responsible for visa and work permit
- Responsible for general affairs, facility and asset management office equipment furniture
- Responsible for stationery, office supplies, pantry, and office maids operation and
- Any other task or ad-hoc assignment as assigned
Regional HR
- Support the regional HR manager (SEA) on all strategic HR activities and initiatives.
- Handle all regional HR tactical matters embodied in the Core Areas of Excellence.
1. Culture & Labor
- Employment & Immigration laws, contracts management, insurance management, compensation and benefit management, employer branding, employee survey, events and incident management
2. Hiring & Growth
- Talent acquisition, talent retention, Expatriate Assignment Management, Trainee Assignment Management, Internship program
3. Learning & Development
- Training: local on-boarding for new personnel starters, localized development programs for staff
- Talent management, Performance Appraisal, Competency Management, Potential Assessment, Succession Planning
4. Analytics & Processes
- HR Systems: Workday, BIPO
- HR Processes: Forms & files management, work flow management
- Payroll & Pension: Monthly Regional (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam)
- Yearly Regional (Bonuses, Salary Review Increments, Statutory Contributions, Tax)
- Reporting: Monthly (Capacity, Leave, Labour Surveys), Quarterly (Capacity Cost, Labor Surveys), Yearly (Accruals, Compliance Audits, Tax Filing, Leave Closing, Employee Surveys)
- Records: Maintain electronic (and physical) folder & file system
