Responsibilities & Duties:

• Enhance the IT infrastructure to support the organizations operation systems and network.
• Advise management on all aspects of IT and business management systems and practices.
• Spearhead and coordinate all new IT development projects.
• Manage vendors and IT contracts to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Provide technical support/guidance/advice to users on IT related matters.
• Responsible for all phases of project activities, including project planning, monitoring, reporting and specification.
• Conduct periodic health checks and review on IT systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Establish and implement appropriate IT Security policies and standards.
• Define and establish standards for users application system access and approval.
• Conduct periodic Information Security Awareness session to drive user awareness and promote security risk activities within the organization.
• Maintain and control of IT inventory register.
• Supports and maintains company's existing network, PCs, POS, housekeeping and back-up of company servers.

The Talent

• Diploma, a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with at least 5 years relevant working experience in various IT roles and preferably in retail environment.
• Hands-on experience in POS operations, PC troubleshooting as well as other IT equipment support.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of infrastructure network, communications and hardware technologies in the market today.
