Responsibilities

• Plan and update daily / monthly capacity loading include carry forward FRU.
• Verify & update daily workshop time analysis clocking.
• Prepare and submit monthly workshop incentive payout report.
• Conduct counseling on staffs those three consecutive months not meeting work performance targets.
• Monitor daily WIP statuses follow through with CSA or foremen and update in weekly report.
  
• Ensure workshops tidiness, cleanliness and work safe environment at all times.
• Follow up action plan and discuss with SM to prevent recurrence on poor repair quality through customer complaints, repeated jobs report and quality assurance report and mystery workshop test.
• Provide investigation and support to SM on customer complaints relating to the workshop repair.
• Conduct meeting with foremen & supervisor for progressive work improvement.
• Authorize purchase order of workshop consumable items, tools and equipment refer company authorize limit.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Automotive Engineering
• Possess Valid Class 3 Singapore driving licence
• At least 3 years in automotive trade service / repair or customer service. 3 years in supervisory or managerial position.
• Customer Service skills
• Good analytical skills on technical issues
• Resourceful in solving daily challenges faced
• Location at Alexandra (moving to Defu in Feb 2024), Mon to Fri , 8.30am 6.00pm, Alt Sat , 8.30am 11.30am
