Basic Salary UP $3500

Job Responsibilities

• To support development, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software applications such as Microsoft, server, workstations, firewall, emails, internet security, VPN, VOIP and data backup.
• To support and maintain the activities of IT operation of the group including daily helpdesk and technical support to the end-users.
• To plan, coordinate and manage installation and maintenance activities when required.
• To handle the support and management of IT infrastructure locally and overseas.
• To collaborate and coordinate with vendor for maintenance service, hardware procurement and project implementation.
• To maintain the Active Directory and group policy management, Window operating system, disaster recovery plan.
• To prepare, update and execute IT Standard Operating Procedures when required.
• To ensure IT system compliances such as licences, policy and contract.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2-3 years Diploma in Information Technology or Degree 1-2 years in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experienced in Managed Network routing configuration.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience or at least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure. Troubleshooting enterprise hardware and servers or Windows based server.
• Experience working with MSSQL, MS Business Central and SAP B1 is an added advantage.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot users issues effectively.
• Familiar with MS Server Windows 2008 and above, Firewall, VPN, Email Server, Network configuration and Virtualization is an added advantage.
