Job Description



• Planning / assign manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & managing of sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, trouble-shooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA system
• Optimise BMS/Harmonas/PLC/SCADA control system to reduce overall building energy consumption
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Attending customer spot call, develop close relationship & high-level service to client

Job Requirement



• Min Diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel & AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in BMS / PLC / HVAC
• Strong communication, writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member or work independently.
• Exhibits attentiveness, thoroughness, and self-motivation.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and responsibility towards tasks.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
