Job Description

  • Responsible for promoting and selling hydraulic and lifting equipment to potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their inquiries and providing product information.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of company.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Keep track of sales targets, monitor industry trends, and report on market developments.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Provide after-sales support and assistance, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Stay updated on competitors' offerings and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies

Job Requirement

  • Min NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical
  • Essential to possess foundational mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge along with relevant maintenance experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in maintenance tasks is a requirement for this role.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth production line operations.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales agreements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Problem-solving skills to tailor solutions to customer needs and address challenges.
  • Commission scheme and allowance will be discussed during interview
