• Manage overall Operation Process from Order/Tracking to Installation
• Manage and develope Installation Business
• Build relationship with Agency/vendor
• B2B, B2C customer management
• Derive improvement plan for better delivery, installment and process etc.

• Plan installation process and policy
  • Monitor on-site installation status, support on-site activities for improvement in operation process/ business development
  • Establish and implement the installation SOP, policy for each South East Asia country
  • Understanding of each country's installation business status in current Market
• Manage and Develope South East Asia each country's Installation business (*South East Asia: Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand etc.)
  • Secure B2B, B2C order based installation agency and set up the management plan
  • Check each agency's coverage/ capa, and management system (manage POD evidence purpose)
  • Establish the process for improving installation operation system and function
• Manage the logistic operation
  • Need to understanding the overall process from Customer Order to final installation step
  • Secure delivery and installation Capa based on the product
  • Monitor if operating with adequate Capa or not
  • Derive the improvement plan and implemet based on on-site issue
• Logistic Site Management
  • Discover on-site improvement point
  • Management of delivery and installation quality indicators, development and implementation
  • Conduct logistic center safety inspection and prevention activities regularly
  • Need the customer-oriented mindset for B2C business
  • Pre/ Post management for VOC, complaint issue etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Above
• MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point) Advanced level
• MS Office suite Intermediate level above
• English Advanced level (Speaking, Writing)
• Experience in Installation operation
• Logistic experience with Manufacturing company - Home Electronics products
• Experience in Logistic Operation
• Customer correspondence skills with VOC, Complaint issue
• Have Understanding of each country's Installation business Market (Installation process, policy etc
