Principal Role:

Technical contact person, supporting the IT operations for the business IT in SEA Region and as a member of the virtual IT operations team in Asia

Duties & Responsibilities:

Central technical contact, support IT operations (e.g. Workplace, Server, Backup, LAN) with administrative know-how

Integrating new hardware and software throughout secure and continuous IT Operations

Change, incident, request and problem handling according to ITIL standards.

Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience

Technical understanding of integrated IT architecture

Knowledge in Microsoft SCCM, Server, VMware ESX, LAN, WAN, O365, Veeam Backup, Hardware (Client, Server, Switches), Monitoring, ITIL

Troubleshooting skills, documentation of local solutions, collaboration within the region and global teams

Traveling required within SEA (about 2-3 times a year or when required)

Preferably 3 year(s) of working experiences in the related field
