Summary

The Logistics Assistant plays a crucial support role within the logistics team, contributing to the smooth execution of transportation, distribution, and warehousing activities. This position involves providing administrative assistance, coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with established processes. The Logistics Assistant collaborates closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and uphold high standards of operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse duties including inbound (loading/unloading container;), outbound (pick/pack), materials handling.

• Perform simple WMS duties.

• Perform all orders are picked and completed on the same day without any spill over/backlog

• Perform weekly cycle count

• To ensure that customers orders are processed promptly and accurately to support daily

• warehouse operations.

• Carry out housekeeping to ensure workplace and safe and tidy

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Logistics Manager

Job Requirement

• At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Candidates with forklift license/operating a reach truck will have an added advantage.
