Job Responsibilities

• Establish and drive relations, collaboration, and partnerships with all customers including clinics and doctors, and relevant partners and stakeholders
• Develop and execute comprehensive and optimized marketing plans for the business that encompasses B2B audience
• Strategize, plan and execute marketing programs to create brand awareness and generate leads for all entities
• Develop pipelines with insurance companies
• Manage and develop corporate client accounts

• Analyze category trends; encompassing market, product and competitors and recommend changes to sales strategies based on analysis and feedback

• Drive profound consumer understanding to develop concepts that can better address customers needs

• Guide and add value in analyzing and drawing insights from all available data and how it impacts the business moving forward

• Develop marketing content where the value propositions are clearly communicated - Content includes essential materials such as social media advertising and updates, brochure, sales placemat, EDM

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business or Marketing related studies
• At least 5 years of similar experience in Marketing or Business Development in the healthcare industry
• Experience in insurance partnerships is necessary
• Excellent communication skills
• Driven, motivated and outgoing with positive attitude
• Able to work independently and in a team
