Customer Service Advisor (Automotive/Class 3)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing.
  • Ensuring and upholding the service image at all times.
  • Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented.
  • Assisting a group of front counter staff and maintaining their team spirits and positive thinking and teamwork.
  • Ensuring administration work is done promptly, warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of VOC scores, etc.
  • Perform invoice closing.
  • Preparation of quotation when required.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers.
  • Actively deliver good results from VOC survey with strong response rate and promoter scores.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in a relevant field is preferred
  • Minimum NITEC in Light Vehicles or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Engineering)
  • Must have a valid Class 3 driving licence
  • Candidate to have experience in Customer Service Roles
  • Possesses sound technical knowledge of cars will be an added advantage
  • Candidates who have prior experience in Automobile industry will have an added advantage
  • Pay range: $2200 - $2800 (will commensurate with experience), excluding OT pay + incentives 
  • Working Hours : 8am- 5pm , Alt Saturday 8am 12pm
