Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and implementation of group activities for daycare clients
• Plan, schedule and maintain proper operations and records of transport for daycare and active rehab clients for both in-house transport and outsourced transport
• Plan and monitor the provision of meals by outsourced caterer for the daycare clients
• Plan and see through the smooth scheduling of active rehab scheduled appointments to ensure optimal deployment of resources
• Support and keep the Centre Manager updated on the centre maintenance of facilities and equipment
• Manage public enquiries on programme and centre operation
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possesses a diploma in relevant discipline with at least 2-5 years of work experience at an elder care centre
• Passionate in caring for elderly clients
• Team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
