Responsibilities:

• Involved in the full spectrum of Recruitment and Selection activities including job posting, screening of candidates, interviews and salary proposals;
• Responsible for on-boarding of new employees;
• Responsible for all work pass matters, eg new applications, pass renewals and update of address
• Process staff resignation and trigger off-boarding process;
• Liaison with broker on foreign medical insurance for new foreign employees;
• Assist to complete surveys, funding and grants as required by relevant authorities, eg MOM, MOH, AIC
• Create and maintain up to date P files for new hires;
• Liaise with Nhelp support team on employees access matters;
• Monitor and process confirmation/contract renewals/re-employment contracts;
• Register courses/workshops/seminars for employees;
• Manage and monitor employees education sponsorship programs and bond matters;
• Responsible to liaise with SNB for Nurses related matters;
• Prepare monthly reports and assist in the Homes events, eg Nurses Day, Year-end party, etc
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or any related discipline
• Min 3 to 5 years of HRM experience, with supervisory experience plus point
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Law and IRAS Regulations
• Good computer knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Organized, independent, reliable, resourceful and a team player
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
