Responsibilities

• Extraction of Information Reports from various systems such as SAP , Hyperion , Data Warehouse etc
• Preparation and posting of Standard reports / dashboard by two or more source of information as per the FP&A Cadence
• Preparation of Accounting closing Time Table as per the standard Protocol and Cadence
• Liaising with the 3rd Party (Shared Service Center) for getting the Accounting related aspects completed and also co-ordinating any issues / resolutions
• Reconciliation of various reports / information submitted by various countries within APAC Region
• Checking monthly provision status
• Preparing first cut Forecast of General Overhead expenses at cost center level.
• Managing and Following up the closing cadence for Management reporting
• Providing / consolidation of Adhoc reports as requested by the FP&A Team
• Deligently maintain monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly record of Financial information , such as forecast , cost center reports , Monthly P&L etc.
• Supporting the APAC FP&A / Controlling team with the Internal Audit Process
• Setup Tableau Reports
• Participate in FP&A projects eg DFL etc

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of finance/business experience
• Preferred : Knowledge on Financial systems (SAP, HFM, OneBi Data Warehouse, Tableau)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially on Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong process mindset and orientation
• Strong and effective communicator, team player.
