Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: 12 Hours Shift (3 days / 4 days per week, 9am 9pm) Shift allowance: $18 per day

Job Responsibilities

• To support vertical repair for all customer probe cards in the factory
• Probe card reshaping, all vertical repair processes
• Pin replacement
• All vertical repair processes like lapping/washing/baking etc
• Liaise with HQ for any technical issues/ new procedures etc
• Work with planners for the scheduled lead time, repairs etc
• Reports / trackers update for internal team
• Support other sites if necessary
• Any other ad hoc duties if needed

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years experience in Semiconductor
• Experience in troubleshooting & Isolation of problems
• Able to read PCB schematics
• No experience candidates are welcome
