Responsibilities:

• Support the Project HSE Manager and team with planning, coordination and implementation of HSE policies, guidelines and procedures in the Project site to ensure that all HSE objectives are met.
• Provide support to Project and Operations team in all aspects of HSE issues.
• Ensure HSE compliance in the project and perform regular HSE inspections and audits
• Attend meetings as required on HSE related matters.
• Provide support to the HSE dept on the implementation of HSE initiatives e.g. Leadsafe observation cards, etc.
• Ensure compliance by Contractors on HSE plans, HSE policies, SWPs, PTW procedures, etc.
• Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to employees involved in the project.
• Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required.

Requirements

• Min Advance Certificate in WSH or Safety Coordinators Course
• With min 3-5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industry.
• Candidates possessing Lifting Supervisor Course Certificate, Supervise Work In Confined Space,
• Managing Work At Height Certificates, etc. an added advantage
• Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point.
• Extensive knowledge of construction activities and phases.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools: Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Extensive knowledge of safe systems of work (e.g. PTW, MSRA)
• Extensive knowledge of local SHE requirements in Singapore.
• Extensive knowledge of incident investigation tools (e.g. root cause analysis, causal trees etc).
