Responsibilities:

• Preparation of day-to-day Shipping Instructions, shipping documentations (inclusive of Invoices, Certificate of Origin and Preferential Certificate) for outbound shipments to customers.
• Ensuring accurate system transactions, quantity & location of each shipment and creation of delivery orders, pack-slip, shipping invoice & release of good to forwarder.
• Shipping and Handling Procedures of Dangerous Goods (DGR)
• To ensure Products are shipped with up to date and valid Preferential Certificate to respective countries.
• Coordinate and liaise with Forwarders and Customer Support on all outbound shipment.
• Attend to matters relating to Logistic issues eg. Insurance claim, custom clearance & other shipping documentation if necessary.
• Responsible for the Order Processing and confirmation of Sales Orders to customer.
• To work closely with Planners and/or Production Supervisors or Customer Support to ensure smooth delivery to meet customers requirements
• To archive and keep proper records of all shipment documentations for auditing purposes.
• Work with Planners to provide monthly forecast to Forwarder to secure air / sea shipment cargo space.
• Prepare weekly /monthly charts for On-time delivery shipment, Sales & Quantity project report etc.
• Verify all freight invoices from 3rd party service Providers

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Business, Logistics or any related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant working experience preferably in an MNC manufacturing environment
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• A team player and able to work independently under tight schedules
• Proficient in MS office and familiar in MRP in a manufacturing environment
• Good working knowledge of SAPR/3 will be an advantage
