Job Description

• Provide technical and programmatic support to customers.
• Resolve systems issues in timely manner when reported by customers.
• Design and develop solutions as assigned by team leads/manager in a timely and quality manner.
• Constantly seek improvements to customer processes and solutions in order to make the system perform better and more reliably.
• Provide training, assistance and guidance to users in use of new systems.
• Monitor the performance of processes and systems activity proactively and recommend action plan to prevent problems or improve performance.
• Feedback customer issues/complaints to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Analyst/Programmer skills. Knowledge of applications & business operations. Basic network configuration, database maintenance knowledge.
• MS SQL, WMS, XML, API and any programming language.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and must be results-oriented. Analytical and meticulous in his work. Able to multi-task
• Physically and mentally fit as he/she needs to work under a lot of pressure.
• Minimum Diploma or its equivalent.
• Minimum two years programming & application support (preferred)
