Role & Responsibilities

• Prepares sales order and quotation
• Handles variation order, progress claim and final account settlement.
• Reviewing tender and contract documents.
• Other QS function as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or related studies
• 2-3 years local construction working experience preferably in a subcontractor firm
• Computer literacy in MS office preferably with basic AUTOCAD drawing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous, Independent, Ability to work in a team with good working attitude
