Salary: Up to $2,400 + OT

Position: Call Centre Assistant

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1730hrs. Saturday (Alternate): 0800hrs to 1200hrs

Job descriptions:

• Handle phone calls from customers
• Make an appointment for customers for servicing or repair
• Assist with service advisors on call centre matters.
• Perform active calling to customers to remind customers on the service due and to propose a scheduled appointment
• Responsible to reply any incoming email for servicing appointment
• Perform follow-up call on any related recall or service campaign
• General admin duties
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service ground
• Customer oriented with high-level of service attitude
• Hardworking, outgoing and enthusiastic
• Must be comfortable with overtime work
