Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers from all possible channels at automotive retail centre providing services ranging from tyres, rims, batteries, oil/lubricant change as well light servicing.
• To manage and promote the retail centre to achieve its profitability objectives
• Recommend and execute effective marketing and promotion programmes to generate customer awareness and sales
• Assist in product sourcing to meet customers demands
• Responsible to control costs and upkeep the image of the retail centre
• Oversee statutory compliance matters related to the retail centres operations such as PDPA, WSH, ISO, etc.
• Improve the service standards and customers experiences at the retail centre

Requirements:

• Diploma, Nitec in Retail or any related discipline
• Candidate who is customer service and sales oriented
• At least 2 to 3 years experience in managing retail store operations
