Working Hours: 8.30AM 5.30PM (Mon-Fri) / 8.30AM 12.30PM (Sat)
5.5 days / week Saturday will be WFH arrangement unless deem necessary to come back to office. (Transport provided at Nex Mrt station & Jurong East Mrt station)
Basic Up to $2500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• SAP (Operation System) Generating of sales order, purchase order and delivery order invoices
• Providing sales administrative support to the sales department
• Daily Order Entry / Taking orders from customers
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Handling of inbound phone calls and emails from clients
• Generating reports
• Othe adhoc duties

Requirements:

• Min G.C.E. N level or NITEC in any discipline
• No experience is welcome to apply (Training provided)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Basic computer Skill
