Responsibilities
· Support HRM functions end to end recruitment and leave/ benefit administration, staffs feedback issues.
Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries
· Ensure prompt updates and maintenance of employee database, personnel files, medical checkups and work pass renewals.
· Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and employment laws.
· Take part in ad hoc HR projects.
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Business
· At least 2-3 years of related HR experience in MNC environment
· Familiar Employment Act, general HR practices and SAP
