Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Administration support for CRM onboarding at the company
- Data collection and migration to the CRM system
- Learning the CRM Monday.com and creating SOP with Head of Sales
- Use company ERP to gather information
- Coordinate new product development requests for the sales team
- Take care and support the sales administration, including stock availability checks, sale orders, invoices, DOs, etc.
- Assist sales teams to follow-up on customer payment matters
- Other general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Diploma, Nitec in Business or any related discipline
- Experience with Monday.com or similar CRM systems plus point
- 2 years of coordination or customer service experience
