RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in loading and unloading of products
• Collecting all rejected products upon approval
• Support truck manoeuvring at customer locations
• Loading and unloading products
• Assisting drivers to find delivery locations
• Assist in compiling accurate delivery records and reports
• Reporting all delivery-related problems to drivers or supervisors
• Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints
• Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of the shift
• Obtaining clients' and customers' signature as an acknowledgement of having received the delivered products
• Other jobs assigned by supervisor/manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Quality and Safety conscious
• Good communication skills
