• Set up Global ocean shipping strategy and lead to set up revenue model
• Negotiate the price, Carrier Management, Management in performance/CAPA
• Through establishment of suitable shipping strategy, lead the ocean shipping service for group affiliates and external customers
• Securing competitive rates through market sensing and Carrier Management
• Through CAPA Management, secure and lead the operational stability
• Develop long-term collaboration programs between C-levels of global shipping companies and strengthen the strategic networks
• Pre-sensing issues related to ocean shipping services and setting up / managing countermeasures

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in major in Business/Logistics/Marketing etc.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Global Shipping company/ 3PL company/ Ocean related logistic works
• Have deep knowledge about Ocean Pricing, SCM logistic
• Fluent in English, negotiation skill and relationship management skills is a must
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Have a deep understanding of Global Shipping company's financial situation, have good strategic negotiation leading skill
• Leadership, Team Building and ability to find out solution for port issues
• Ability to negotiate with customers with urgent shipment requests
