This is a Permanent role.

Job Description

  • Responsible for providing post-sales support.
  • To regularly meet the customers and clarify to achieve requirements according to the terms of the contract.
  • Responsible for various inquiries by customers including but not limited to quotations, site works, new requirements, monitoring of Purchase Request/Quotation cycle etc.
  • Coordinate a group of supervisors/engineers and technicians engaged in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
  • Prepare/conduct training, monitor, audit and evaluate sites as well as field maintenance staff.
  • Evaluate, ensure and monitor safety of all field staff and field works inclusive of necessary administrative duties.
  • Implement, manage and maintain transparent, traceable and up-to-date records of all works carried out inclusive of all communications, transactions and other work.
  • Achieve the targets required such as sales, costs, budgeting, performance, customer satisfaction, KPI etc.
  • Performs specific or ad-hoc functions as assigned by the Manager / Department Head.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of Customer and People Management working experience. Those that possess Lift and Escalator knowledge will have an added advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Possess a service-oriented mindset.
