Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare various monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management.
• Regular updating of information and database used for management reporting.
• Check, reorganize and create reports based on raw data generated from the system on monthly basis.
• Manage confidential information and database.
• Prepare presentations and training materials as required.
• Coordinate meetings and trainings when required.

The Talent

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies
• No relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Comfortable with figures, reports and data
• Proficient in Microsoft office functions, excel, power point and word.
• Able to multi-task, meticulous, analytical and highly organized.
