Responsibilities

• Work with heads of division for people development programme to support training & development needs
• Performing Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) & develop learning programme
• Responsible for implementing & driving L&D system
• Sourcing & coordinating of training providers
• Monitor & Evaluate the ROI & effectiveness of the learning programme
• Reviewing of Learning & Development SOPs, processes & policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory laws

Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Education or relevant
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction industry is a plus
