Assistant Manager PMO for RoTF Projects

Working hours: 9.00am 6.00pm (Mon-Fri) Hybrid work arrangement
This is a 1-Year, Renewable Contract role.
Objective of Job
- Manage Retail of the future projects in CoC for IT Wholesale.
- Help in planning Budgets and track the project against it.
- Ensure adherence to project governance structure.
- Provide management reports regarding projects
- Ensure that the programs and portfolios are aligned to operational and strategic objectives
- Create visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all stakeholders
- Forecast capacity vs. demand to identify shortfall or excesses of the resources
- Aligning remote teams, and ensuing team collaboration.
- Support the pilot, regional roll-out, global enhancement, of Sales products for overseas region
- Ensuring conformity to enterprise architecture & security standards for SWT suite of applications
Task description
1. Project Management
- Plan and organize project activities from start to end.
- Perform the role of a project manager
- Manage internal and external resources
- Ensure project deliverables/activities for successful implementation
- Responsible for project budgets planning
- Adopt approval ITM methodology in the project approach for IT risk and compliance
2. Program Management
- Oversee a group of related projects for IT Sales
- Manage interdependencies among projects, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that projects achieve organizational goals
- Manages the allocation of resources, prioritizes projects based on strategic objectives
- Track and report actual project consution against the budget.
3. Management of partners with MBAG
- Receive update from MBAG on upcoming applications activities
- Regular communication to Overseas region on release management and update
- Manage end customers, HQ and stakeholder expectation
- Align roll-out of the region with HQ master planning
Management of partners with vendor
- Vendor management on SDLC and rollout projects
- Work with vendor to develop approved regional solution for the region
- Responsible for UAT and Integration tasks on new solution before sign-off for pilot roll-out
- Ensure vendor delivery of solution according to our specification.
- Manage vendor to ensure service quality accordingly to our KPIs.
4. General Responsibilities
- Regular update and feedback to management on project status on the region
- Ensure procedure and documentation is up to date for all application
- Liaise with controlling and markets on SLA preparation as and when needed
- Ensure proper document according to the project expectation and services
- Ensure compliance are adhered for all procedure
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or any equivalent qualifications
- Certificate in Project management methodology (e.g. PMP)
- Certification in Aglile methodology (e.g. SAFe.)
Experience (type of)
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in projects
- Project Management experience agile methodologies
- Exposure to SAP projects
- At least 1 End-to-End Implementation experience is needed
- Knowledge of IT architecture and trends in IT architecture (micro services, FOSS, etc.)
- Experience in security/audit/compliance tests and remediation
- Experience on sales and logistics related processes in Automotive industry
- Excellent technical skills for analysis, feasibility and expert comments.
- Should be open to work in different time zones
- Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required
- Experience in multi-cultural organization
- Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken
- Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage
