Customer Experience Executive (Online Education)

 Job Description:

Location: East

Working Hours: 5.5days/week (able to work on weekend)

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow-up with prospects to convert into enrolment.
  • Coordinate student invitations to google classroom.
  • Handle enquiries from parents in administrative matters.
  • Oversee and run administrative duties of the entire enrolment process.
  • Plan and oversee the logistics of IT devices for students.
  • Run onboarding session with new/trial student, ensure accessibility to classkick /google classroom.
  • Prepare payment vouchers by every end of month.
  • Plan and coordinate classrooms roster (i.e., find replacement teacher, reschedule, combine class).
  • Ensure timely payment collections from students on a monthly basis.
  • Any other ad-hoc task given from direct superior.

Job Requirement

  • Good command of English and communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in education sector.
  • Entry level are encouraged to apply (with intern experience).
  • Able to work independently with minimums supervision.
  • Prompt, steadfast, and strong ability to multitask in all situations.
  • 5.5-day week, Able to work on weekends (Sat & Sun).
