Sales Director (Oil & Gas)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the APAC Director.
- Overall in-charge of the Sales Department, including planning, directing and coaching sales teams
- Handle the overall sales revenue, business development, distribution strategy and products coverage & penetration in Singapore and APAC region.
- Identify and develop solutions to critical business issues
- Build and implement a growth strategy focused on new products/solutions and new market segments.
- Identify new markets and customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers and partners
- Maintain close relationship with key stake holders
- Handle ongoing business process reviews, utilising business plans.
- Provide regular and timely sales forecast, reports and feedback on the sectors, including forecast information and updates on key opportunities that meets or exceeds company expectations
- Create and agree annual business strategy for each key stake holders by developing mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive relationship
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering/Business
- At least 10 years of sales management experience, preferably in a technical field sales environment
- Experience in project management in related industrial markets such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Marine, Water Treatment, Semiconductor/Electronics.
- Posses good communication and interpersonal skills
