Position: Trade Operations Executive

Industry: Commodity Trading (Steel)

Location: Bugis Area

Salary Range: S$3,500 to S$4,500

Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end trade operations
• Preparation of full set shipping documentations (Contracts, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, letter of credit application preparation, bill of lading instructions, credit/debit notes, LOI etc)
• Handling of contracts related activities
• Handling of L/C related activities (Import & Export)
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders for deal information, liaising with the bank

Requirements:

• Min Diploma
• Min 2 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity within the commodity trading sector, dealing with international trade
• Experience with dry bulk products will be a plus
• Proficient with Incoterms, SA0050
• Familiar with trade execution in a commodity trading environment
• Microsoft office proficiency
