Temp IT Technical Support

• Work closely with customers and vendors to review open issues and to resolve the issues according to SLA
• Ensure support reports that meet customers requirements in a timely manner

Requirement

• Diploma with good background knowledge over Linux Operating system, MySQL, VOLTE DB
• You must be a team-oriented player who can understand the requirements, environment and has the technical competency to lead the team to a successful 24x7 support role.
• 24x7 support role - on a rotational weekly scheduling. On standby for night duty for the scheduled week
• Be able to commit to 6months contract- to cover maternity and may be extended
• $2300 plus Night standby allowance
• Willing to commit to night support role when scheduled
• Location: Alexandra
• Must be able to commit to 6 months with possibility to extend 
• Must be able to start immediately
