We are seeking an experienced Accounting personnel to join our team and focus on the company's Accounts Receivable operational processes and accounting, as well as financial reporting. You will be working within a Finance team supporting into one of the fastest growing electricity retailer.

• Daily checks of customer collection status and ensuring automated jobs are processed correctly.
• Daily checks and posting of manual collections to system.
• Perform accounting posting for collection and refund transactions.
• Liaise with other functions (i.e. technology, billing, customer service, credit management, etc) to identify and resolve exceptions or errors.
• Handle bank and receivable reconciliation.
• Support the delivery and implementation of new products and BAU enhancements requested by the business (for finance work flows).
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and tax agents on related matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing.
• Preparation of month-end schedules, management reports, tax computation and yearly statutory reports.

• Well-organised, meticulous and able to multi-task
• Excellent numeracy skills with strong accounting and tax knowledge
• Strong problem-solving capabilities at operational level
• Proficient in MS Excel, SAP Financial modules and database applications such as PowerBI
• Working experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred
• Keen learner who is motivated to acquire new skills
• Good communication skills, a team player with a high level of independence
